Dividend policy
Lemonsoft will seek to carry out an active dividend policy, provided that profit distribution will not weaken the company’s ability to achieve its goals set out in the company’s growth strategy or other financial targets.
On 14 April 2026, the Annual General Meeting resolved that a dividend of EUR 0.14 per share will be paid according to the confirmed balance sheet for the financial period ended on 31 December 2025, corresponding to a total dividend payout of approximately EUR 2.5 million.
