Lemonsoft Oyj strengthens its management team as of 9 February 2026. Reeti Saarinen has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a member of the management team.

As Chief Operating Officer, Saarinen is responsible for the operational leadership of Lemonsoft Group’s subsidiaries at the group level. His responsibilities include improving the Group’s operational efficiency and operating models, as well as supporting post-acquisition integration work.

Saarinen joins Lemonsoft from Korona Invest, where he previously served as a Partner. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Investment Director at Sentica Partners and in investment banking at J.P. Morgan in London and Danske Bank in Helsinki. Saarinen holds a Master of Science in Economics from Aalto University School of Business.

Lemonsoft Oyj strengthens its management team as of 1 December 2025. Kari Yli-Hakuni has been appointed Product Management Director and member of the management team. At the same time, Kari Joki-Hollanti will transition from Chief Product Officer to Chief Development Officer, enabling a stronger focus on long-term development projects.

Kari Yli-Hakuni joins Lemonsoft’s management team as of 1 December 2025 and will be responsible for the entire Lemonsoft Oyj’s product management organisation. Yli-Hakuni joined Lemonsoft in August 2025 and has recently served as ERP Product Manager. He has over 25 years of experience in ERP and SaaS product organisations. Prior to joining Lemonsoft, he served at Visma as Business Director and held several senior product management and consulting leadership roles.

Lemonsoft Oyj strengthens its management team as of 8 December 2025. Jarno Lehikoinen has been appointed as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and member of the management team.

As Chief Sales Officer, Jarno is responsible for Lemonsoft’s sales strategy and sales leadership at the group level. He plays a key role in developing sales across Lemonsoft Group’s products and in implementing the company’s commercial strategy. Jarno joins Lemonsoft from Heeros Oyj, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer. Earlier in his career, he held sales and sales leadership positions at Talenom and Wulff Group.

Tuomas Koivisto will leave his position in Lemonsoft’s management team as well as his roles as Lemonsoft Oyj’s Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and as CEO of Finvoicer Group Oy, effective April 23, 2025. Lemonsoft will initiate the recruiting process to appoint a new CCO.

Janne Tammi joins Lemonsoft’s management team as of November 22, 2024 and will be responsible for the entire Lemonsoft Oyj’s product development organization. Tammi has been with Lemonsoft since 2019, and in recent years he has been responsible for the technology team and the architecture of the Lemonsoft product. Tammi has over 15 years of experience in various roles within product organizations of domestic companies in Finland and North America.

The company's founder and current Development Director, Kari Joki-Hollanti, will continue as a member of the management team and takes on the role of Chief Product Officer, overseeing the group’s product management.

Pauli Siirtola will step down from his role as Product Management Director and his position in the management team as of November 22, 2024. Siirtola will continue with the company until January 1, 2025.
