Lemonsoft’s new Certified Adviser for Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland is Aktia Alexander Corporate Finance Oy.
The agreement with the Company’s current Certified Adviser, Danske Bank A/S, Finland Brance, will end on 30 November 2023. Aktia Alexander Corporate Finance Oy takes over the responsibilities of Certified Adviser on 1 December 2023.

Nimitystoimikunta on järjestäytymiskokouksessaan valinnut puheenjohtajaksi Jarmo Kinnusen. Lemonsoft Oyj:n hallituksen puheenjohtaja toimii nimitystoimikunnan asiantuntijajäsenenä.
Osakkeenomistajia edustavien jäsenten nimeämisoikeus on niillä kolmella osakkeenomistajalla, jotka on rekisteröity elokuun viimeisenä arkipäivänä varsinaista yhtiökokousta edeltävänä vuonna Euroclear Finland Oy:n pitämään Lemonsoftin osakasluetteloon ja joiden osuus tämän osakasluettelon mukaan Lemonsoftin kaikkien osakkeiden tuottamista äänistä on suurin.
Osakkeenomistajien nimitystoimikunta on yhtiökokouksen perustama yhtiön osakkeenomistajista koostuva toimielin, jonka tehtävänä on valmistella hallituksen jäsenten valintaa ja palkitsemista koskevat ehdotukset Lemonsoftin varsinaiselle yhtiökokoukselle.

Lemonsoft Oyj’s three largest shareholders have appointed the following members to the Shareholder’s Nomination Board:

· Jonathan Schönbäck, Senior Portfolio Manager, ODIN Fonder
At the first meeting, Jarmo Kinnunen was appointed as the Chairman of the Nomination Board. The Chairman of the Board of Lemonsoft Oyj acts as an expert member of the Nomination Board.
The right to nominate members to represent shareholders rests with three shareholders who are registered in the shareholders’ register maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd or another operator on the last business day of August in the year preceding the Annual General Meeting and who hold the largest number of votes conferred by shares according to the shareholder register.
The Shareholders’ Nomination Board is a body established by the Annual General Meeting consisting of the company's shareholders, whose task is to prepare proposals on the election and remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors for Lemonsoft’s Annual General Meeting.

Lemonsoft Group’s change negotiations have ended. The objective of the negotiations was to adapt the company's operations to meet the challenging economic situation and to ensure the conditions for the implementation of the company's long-term growth strategy.
The change negotiations have effects on the employment of a total of 9 employees. The need for reduction is implemented in the form of layoffs and changes in job descriptions. Lemonsoft Oyj:n toimitusjohtaja Kari Joki-Hollanti on päättänyt jättäytyä pois yhtiön toimitusjohtajan tehtävästä. Lemonsoftin perustaja Joki-Hollanti on toiminut yhtiön toimitusjohtajana vuodesta 2018 lähtien. Joki-Hollanti ja Lemonsoftin hallitus ovat yhteisymmärryksessä sopineet, että Joki-Hollanti toimii nykyisessä tehtävässään 31.7.2023 asti ja jatkaa tämän jälkeen Lemonsoftin kehitysjohtajana ja hallituksen jäsenenä, keskittyen erityisesti tuotekokonaisuuden kilpailukyvyn kehittämiseen
Lemonsoftin toimitusjohtajana aloittaa 1.8.2023 alkaen Jan-Erik Lindfors, joka on toiminut yhtiön varatoimitusjohtajana vuodesta 2021 lähtien. Ennen siirtymistään Lemonsoftille, Lindfors toimi Cargotecin Hiab-divisioonan johtoryhmässä uusien liiketoimintaratkaisujen johtajana ja tätä ennen HiQ Finlandin liiketoiminnan strategia- ja kehittämisjohtajana.

Lemonsoft Oyj’s CEO Kari Joki-Hollanti has decided to step down from the company's CEO position. Lemonsoft's founder Joki-Hollanti has acted as the company's CEO since 2018. Joki-Hollanti and Lemonsoft's Board of Directors have mutually agreed that Joki-Hollanti will act in his current position until 31 July 2023 and continue as Lemonsoft's Development Director and Board member, focusing especially on developing the competitiveness of the product family.
Jan-Erik Lindfors, who has served as the company's deputy CEO since 2021, will start as CEO of Lemonsoft on August 1, 2023. Before moving to Lemonsoft, Lindfors worked in the management team of Cargotec's Hiab division as VP, New Business Solutions and before that as VP, Strategy & Business development of HiQ Finland.
